This eventually results in more anxiety. So people who suffer from anxiety attacks should stay away from any stimulant drugs.
- Recent study shows that people who have regular intake of intoxicants are more prone to anxiety attacks. You must stay away from smoking or other psychotropic substances.
- Above all, the best thing you can do to lead an anxiety free life is by engaging in a physical activity at least thrice a week. Any physical activity can keep you pepped up, stress free and help you live in a better manner. You may want to try yoga or some meditation techniques. These work wonders for anybody and everybody.
You can try the above tips and can be rest assured about getting your anxiety levels down significantly. Remember, the most important thing above all is to feel healthy.
