An anxiety attack can be a terrifying experience. An anxiety or panic attack is typified by a period of sudden and very intense fear or dread that usually lasts for no longer than 10 minutes and can come up very abruptly, for no logically apparent reasons. 1. Excessive sweating

The first thing that you need to focus on is eating right. If you are not eating right, then you will be more prone to stress in your life. You need to eat balanced meals every day, so that you have more energy throughout the day. Eat healthy, and the stress will leave you, and you will not have panic attacks.
The second key to focus on is getting the right amount of rest per night. If you are only getting 3-5 hours of sleep every night, it just isn’t enough. You are going to get tired throughout the day, and stress will get to you a lot more. Hopefully you realize that stress is what leads to panic attacks.
You also need to exercise every day. You really need to get around an hour of exercise per day. Some people say that thirty minutes is enough, but if you can do an hour at least, that is always going to be better.
If you follow these three keys, you will be able to stop a panic attack. A lot of people suffer from anxiety, but these are three real ways that actually help to get rid of stress and anxiety. If you follow them, then you will not have any stress in your life any longer.
