Maybe that you already thought? of it. But then you thought it was not possible. And you were right and you were wrong.
There are a lot of things you can do. If your anxiety is very severe, you can still do certain things to reduce it.
Let’s see what you can do to improve your state of health and of your well being.
First of all, try to find a certain routine in your life. This is a great help. Even if you do not work, get up early in the morning. Get ready, have your shower, eat a healthy breakfast, wash your teeth. These little things help you get started in the morning. Maybe that your anxiety is stronger in the morning. If you act in this way, you may lower it. Action is always the best help. If you do not go out for work or before start working, do some exercises. You do not have to do heavy work-outs. The most important thing is to get some movement. To feel that your body is flexible and to keep in that way. Anxiety is often paralyzing. It is therefore a good habit to move it in order to keep it flexible and to not let it become stiff.
Stiffness has also to do with mental inflexibility. Both are enemies. Keep them away from your life. It is important to be flexible, both in your mind and in your body. Giving your body and your mind a routine, will help both of them to keep going.
If you do not work, try to concentrate on something else. Try to learn a language, to get to know other cultures.
This new activity can be built into your daily routine and give you security and joy.
Try to go for a walk every single day. with whatever the weather is.
By implementing all these little steps, ?you will see results and feel much better.
Anxiety can be overcome. You can do a lot yourself ?to get rid of it. Every day, with simple and easy steps you can be going toward your anxiety-free life. Try to build your routine. The above are just some hints of how you may do it.There are no limits to your creativity.
