Obviously we are speaking of food. Food which is good for your body.? It is also good for your mind. It is also good for your mood. And, of course, it is good when you suffer from anxiety.
Once you have eliminated processed foods, you will no longer want to eat junk food either.
The healthy alternative does not have to be organic food. Natural food means unprocessed. It means healthy food.?
A part from processed food, you may also test wheat and diary. It is possible that you have allergic reactions to one or more of these products. Allergic reactions may trigger your anxiety.? Should this be the case, don’t eat them anymore. Bread is not necessarily made of wheat. You may find other kinds of bread like bread made of rye, of spelt, or oak or even of potatoes. As far as pasta is concerned, there exists also pasta made of rice, of soy and of spelt.
Instead of cheese made from milk, you can find soy cheese. It gives you the proteins you need and they are not from an animal. There exists also soy milk and soy yogurt. Another substitute for milk is a liquid made from rice.It is called rice milk..
Try to stay away from wheat (ordinary bread and pasta) and diary for 2 to 3 weeks to find out whether, without them you feel better or not.
If once in a while you wish to eat French fries, you can do that. As long as they are not part of your daily meals, it’s OK.
You may also find out which product of all those you have tested, triggers your anxiety. You just observe what you feel best for you and then you will stick to these healthy foods and let go of? the? others. Food can have a great impact on your life. This means not only on your body but also on your mind and on your anxiety. Now we have spoken of wheat and of diary only. I will speak about other nutrients which are good for you and of help if you really want to get rid of anxiety.?
