Knowing how to stop anxiety attacks in teens is vitally important if you are a parent. What’s even more important is knowing how to stop anxiety attacks in teens without the use of medication. Once you get someone on anti depressant/anxiety medication it is extremely difficult to get them off. Because these medications alter the brain chemistry, it is even more dangerous in younger people.
As a teen you go through hormonal, social, and physical changes, all of which require a young person to develop the skills required to handle these changes in their adulthood.
