Do you think Anxiety could hurt your sex life? You bet it can! I know this first hand since I have had anxiety for years. Prior to going on med’s for my anxiety I was a bundle of nerves all of the time and things were always stressful for me. When it came time to spend special time with my wife things worked ok but not 100%.

I was so distracted with my anxiety I could not focus on what was going on at that moment and that made my “performance” less then stellar. I started to see the connection to the problems I was focusing on all of the time. I had went to the doctor and told him about my anxiety and then when I was on the anxiety drugs for about two weeks I was getting better anxiety wise so I thought it was time to check other area’s of my life.

I am happy to say that my “performance” improved along with my concentration and thanks to the SSRI drugs my doctor gave me my life went back to normal.

If you are having anxiety issues and noticing that your “performance” with your loved one is not up to par then contact your doctor and tell them you want to discuss your anxiety issues.

What is the worst thing that can happen really? You feel better in a few weeks and everything improves throughout your life? That sounds good to me! So, what are you waiting for?
