Panic Attack Relief | The Nerves | A Modern Condition
The Nerves
In order to treat panic attack and gain total relief we must first and foremost treat and deal with a nervous system which has become dislodged from a ‘normal’ healthy pattern.
In every case of panic attack, the nervous system and specific regions of the brain have become hyper active and have taken on a hideous life of their own.
For relatively brief and intermittent periods of time, which come and go totally unpredictably, they gain control of our minds, thoughts, and even bodies. We feel kind of like our body has been invaded and take over.
Have heart though, you really can begin to eliminate your symptoms within one to two days, if you can follow a simple and proven plan of attack.
A Modern Condition
Panic attack is considered by most experts to be a condition which has exploded in the modern era because of a host on environmentally negative factors which invade and irritate our nervous systems.
Although panic attacks can’t kill us they can make our lives utterly miserable and change us from a fun outgoing person into a shy unconfident person within a short period. We should never delay in seeking proper treatment.
Overcoming panic attack is one of the most important things a person will ever do because we gain back control over our own destiny. We’re no longer controlled by our nervous systems, we are are own masters again.
It’s the best feeling in the world. Coming out free on the other end of having anxiety attacks makes us an even better and more alive, more giving and more loving person. It’s like breaking the chains that have bound us.
Panic Attack Relief | A Program Of Natural Solutions & Therapies
Sleep
In healing any nerve condition deep sleep is vital. So we must do these three things. One, make sure our bedroom is as dark, quiet, and cool as possible to ensure good sleep.
Also, we must calm the system with valerian root, chamomile and 5 HTP. Lastly, a regular sleep cycle makes sure our bodies get every ounce of healing power out of our nightly sleep.
Relaxation
Direct real relaxation is necessary to gain equilibrium. We needs lots of deep breathing, progressive relaxation, simple meditation, stretching, yoga, tai chi, massage, steam showers, alternating hot/cold showers, etc.
To gain complete control over our minds we must balance and heal the nerves of the body.
Diet
We require lots more water, protein, and alkaline minerals in order to heal.
So, it’s 8 - 10 servings of fresh fruits and green vegetables a day, 1/2 our body weight in ounces of water a day, and 0.5 to 1.0 grams of protein per pound of body weight. All it takes is planning and doing.
The effects are immediate, we’re talking within hours.
Physical Exercise
Panic attacks reside in a nervous system which has not moved regularly. Physical activity is essential for every person on the planet and even more so for those of us with panic attack condition.
It’s recommended that we start with 30 minutes of brisk walking for 3 -4 times per week.
