It is after all, irrational fears that produce anxiety to begin with. Many times these fears are triggered by repressed memories that suddenly emerge from the subconscious mind. When we identify these feelings and understand where they emanate from we can then effectively divorce ourselves from them. Medications can also be effective but often times people report feeling muddleheaded and unable to focus.
Feeling overwhelmed emotionally and overcome by fear and anxiety in certain situations is a far more common disorder than many think.
