3. There are certain exercises which you can practice each day, such as yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax when you get up in the morning and make it so your entire day is better. People who practice yoga on a regular basis live longer lives and are generally more happy. It promotes both physical and emotional well-being. There is also meditation, which is meant to clear the mind and help you gain more insight into who you are as a person and why you have some of the problems you do, including anxiety.
