The Science of Prostatic Massage | ArticlesBase.com
Posted by anxiouswill in Prescription Anxiety Drugs on September 04th, 2010
Let me guide you to the science of prostatic massage. In the medical industry, this massage is not the usual massage we get in a spa. It is a procedure done to get a semen sample from the paraplegics and victims of stroke. Hence, it makes life easier for both doctors and patients.
We can view prostatic massage in that “medical” perception but there is more to it that we actually know. This massage can actually elicit blissful release from males, that some people say is equivalent to the joys of women from multiple orgasm. Now, men and their partners have a new parameter to explore. Very exciting isn’t?
Let me tell you a little bit about the star of this procedure, the prostate. A lot of times we hear this gland as a victim of cancer. Well, let me bring an end to that notion. Mister, your prostate is almost the same size of a walnut, its shape like that of a chestnut. I don’t know why the experts used nuts to describe this gland. It might have been a medical joke that we are not aware of.
Anyways, this prostate is where the alkaline component of your semen is found. Wondering what the alkaline is for? It makes reproduction possible. Women’s vagina is acidic, to neutralize the walls, the alkaline does the job. In effect, the semen can survive and meet with the female’s ovum. Voila, a baby will come out after 9 months.
Going back to prostatic massage, it would be a good add-on to your bedroom romance. To stimulate this gland, the access would be from the man’s anus. To ease the entrance of the finger, a good lubricant can be utilized. Around 2-3 centimeters away from the opening, there is a bump that signifies the location of the prostate. Simply massage or gently tap this part in order to entice the mind-blowing orgasm it promises.
It can be awkward at first but with just a few practice and getting used to, you and your partner will definitely find joy and bliss from the science of prostatic massage.
Will I Become Mad Because of the Anxiety Attacks Disorder - Know the Real Truth Behind Panic Attacks
Posted by anxiouswill in Prescription Anxiety Drugs on September 03rd, 2010
Do you remember the day you experienced the anxiety attacks disorder for the first time. Well, I do. And unfortunately, it was the day before I had my major examinations. Just imagine the state I would have been. The experience was completely new and very confusing. I pondered why I felt so confused about irrational thoughts. I cannot share all those thoughts here as they are complete nonsense stuff. When I think about it now, I feel odd about why those thoughts lurked in my mind. Anyway, let us focus on the topic of this article. I want to tell you whether people become mad because of this disorder or not.
Do people become mad?
No. Not at all. But the truth is that I was afraid I would become mad. Majority of people would think like that but nobody goes mad because of the panic attacks disorder. So do not worry about it. But remember that it is better to get cured as fast as possible. I was neglecting this disorder for a few months and that was a biggest mistake I did. If anyone had advised me about what to do during such a period, I would have resorted to some solutions earlier.
Effects of finding a solution too late:
Wondering why I say finding a late solution will have serious effects? Well, in my case, I had already developed severe stress in my mind. Leaving the disorder untreated for about a month spoiled my productivity and lowered my self-esteem too. My self-esteem lowered mainly because of the fact that I was not able to concentrate on anything other than focusing on the nonsense thoughts. Obsessive worries are going to do more harm than anything else. So, resort to solutions as fast as possible. There are common solutions for this disorder. They are the self-help guides and the talk therapies. I used the self-help guides and this is what cured me. But do not think that the disorder will go away in a day. That is not going to happen. It might take a few days or a few weeks.

You need to find a way to get rid of the panic you feel in your life once and for all.
Second, there are many so called anxiety cures out there and the doctors will be glad to whip out their little pad and write you a prescription for pills you probably do not need. These types of pills will make you very even keeled with no happiness, but no axiety either. It is really not one of the anxiety cures that will get you to a better place.
Last, if you want to cure your anxiety you need to find an alternative way or you could end up embarrassing yourself, your loved ones, and you could end up with a very unhappy life. This is not something to take lightly and you should not just accept it. You need to do something about it and it all starts with research.
Unconscious Mind - Protector Or Stress Producer?
Posted by anxiouswill in Prescription Anxiety Drugs on September 03rd, 2010
Sometimes it seems that out of the blue anxiety will strike. For example, there you are relaxing or perhaps taking a walk, watching a movie, talking on the phone or working and all of a sudden out of nowhere comes a feeling that terrifies you and starts your heart pounding.
If this has happened to you, you probably questioned why these feeling were coming up when nothing fearful was going on. You might have worried that there might be something physically wrong. When this happens again and again it can make you even question your sanity. At these times it does feel like your own mind is working against you, creating stress and fear when “nothing fearful is going on.”
Many of these fear reactions come from the unconscious part of the mind. One reason for this is that the unconscious mind holds all of your emotions from every event in your life. It is as if there is a video recording of every memory or event that has emotion attached to it. So at times when fear hits, seemingly “from out of the blue,” it is because one of those old repressed memories has been triggered. The fact that you aren’t aware of the trigger makes it even more frustrating, because it then feels out of your control.
Many memories attached to emotions such as, embarrassment, grief, sadness, shame, anxiety or anger are repressed or pushed down into the unconscious. It is almost as if the child’s mind is saying “I can’t deal with this now, so I’ll push it away till I’m older and I am able to do something about it.” So there you are, an adult and up comes a feeling of fear or anxiety that was attached to the long forgotten memory. Unfortunately most of the time we aren’t aware of the memory itself, only the feeling that gets pushed up into consciousness. And it seems as if the feeling comes from out of the blue. One thing I have found is, there is always a trigger, even if it is too small for you to notice consciously. Something always triggers emotions. The trigger can be a thought moving so quickly through your mind that you don’t notice it, it can be a scent, a song on the radio, or even the tone of voice someone is using.
The same part of your mind that holds all of these repressed memories and uncomfortable emotions also holds the solutions to getting free of these feelings. The unconscious part of the mind holds a reservoir of untapped resources waiting to be tapped into. The trick is to learn to unlock the inner reserves of power, confidence, calm, serenity, energy and wisdom. These are held within your own unconscious mind, there for you to tap into.
One of the most powerful ways to unlock the wisdom of the unconscious mind is to learn to use self-hypnosis and trance. The reason to learn to gain this altered state of mind is that when you are in a trance state it is possible not only to access you inner potential but also to release old repressed emotions that cause pain, fear and other limits in life.
Hypnosis has been around for centuries; many times it has been surrounded by mystery, with just a bit of coaching you can learn to take the mystery out of self-hypnotic skills. By tapping into the vast resources of your own unconscious mind, you can move past old trauma and other deeply rooted emotional issues.
Adult ADHD can be a Real Problem | ArticlesBase.com
Posted by anxiouswill in Prescription Anxiety Drugs on September 02nd, 2010
As a therapist I have been researching ‘Adult ADHD / ADD‘. What is very interesting is that if someone has experienced the classic symptoms of ADHD which include: inability to organise themselves, poor concentration and focus and impulsive behaviours as a child, they are more than likely to maintain these patterns throughout life. This can result in troubled relationships at work and in their personal life. There is also a 40% chance that their children will exhibit similar symptoms.
Back in the early 80’s, it was reported that common symptoms relating to this condition, were identified by a support group. This was funded by the drug manufacturer responsible for producing Ritalin. This is the most commonly prescribed treatment for the condition, which is diagnosed by a checklist of symptoms over a 6 month period. These drugs are known to have a similar effect on the body’s system as cocaine does and are highly controversial, especially as they are prescribed to very young children. I have even had people approach me saying that their baby has ADHD and what can they do about it?
So, have support groups moved on in 25 years? Now the internet is the first port of call for any information about anything. Alongside all of that of course, you have to consider how reliable are those sources of information that are banded about and quoted with great authority.
I have been working closely of late with a therapist colleague who holds some interesting reservations about support groups, which translate to online discussion forums. When people get together with an area of common interest, particularly if it is an illness or ‘condition’ based topic, there seems to be a predominant focus on the problem. Lots of discussion about the negative aspects of whatever it is that is being discussed, which is of course what hooks people in. For example Adult ADHD / ADD, the depressive, anti social, disorganised aspects of what defines the condition.
Now my friend is convinced that this creates a negative focus and this is what holds people in to the group and they take their reference points around the negative discussions of illness and in itself, this will create more of the very symptoms which reinforces the belief.
I have followed through with this theory and carried out a little bit of research. I posted on a number of discussion groups. Each comment was positive, proven natural advice with no side effects and always solution focused.
The results are proving very interesting ??” so far only 10 % of responses are positive and actively choosing to follow up in any way on the advice given. 30 % have posted comments which could be classed as disbelieving (although never having tried natural approaches), derisive or even hostile and insult based. 60% ignore the comment)
Each positive response has been from a parent of a child who is at their wits end to cope and really doesn’t want their child to go down the medication route.
Even when it was suggested that these approaches are complementary healthcare approaches and they will have no interaction with the drugs. They offer a way to work with behaviours that means there are NO side effects as with the drugs. There is little movement in the mindset of some of these people.
It makes interesting reading as we are now looking at the second generation of Ritalin ??” the ‘Diagnosed ADHD / ADD adult‘
Having followed this approach through for 3 months I am refining and continuing the research having set up an active community which remains solution focused in a safe natural and empowering way. Through this facility, it is possible to research the most effective and easy ways that people deal with challenging behaviours and share them as good practice whether for children or adults with the ADHD / ADD label.
Treatment And Pictures Of Boils | ArticlesBase.com

A boil is an accumulation of pus localized in a small area and enveloped by inflamed tissue in the skin and is generally found in a follicle. It can be caused by a physical condition like diabetes, acne, or severe dermatitis. It can also be caused by low immunity, irritations, a sickness, stress, food allergy, bad diet, shaving, plucking hairs or poor cleanliness.
A boil is little more than a staph infection that has influenced a follicle. The pus that you see is actually your body’s way of trying to defend against the infection. The pus is really white blood cells. Boils treatments at home are simple and you will be able to lose the ugly bump fairly quickly on your own.
Treatment For Boils On Buttocks
Boils on buttocks are generally caused by bacteria, germs and friction. Boils on buttocks generally start out as a tender expansion, or red spot. If the boil is in the split of the buttock cheeks, as is ordinary with lots pilonidal cysts, any possible incision and drainage of the boil may require aspecialist.
For other boils that may exist on the cheek of the buttocks, a simple sitz bath performed many times a day should bring the boil to a head and drain well. Adding some Epsom salts to the sitz bath can be extraordinarily therapeutic. Keeping healthy bowel movements and following a sensible regular exercise regimen is crucial, too.
Home Treatment for Boils
- gradually warm a betel leaf till it becomes soft. Coat it with a layer of Castor oil and put it over the inflamed area. Put on a new leaf every couple of hours. After some applications of the Castor oil coated betel leaf the boil will rupture and drain.
- Juice of onion or garlic when applied outwardly on boils helps to rupture them and drain out the pus.
- Steep parsley in boiled water till it is soft and juicy. When the parsley is hot, wrap it in clean linen or muslin material and apply it to the affected area.
- Crush, grind, or chop garlic and/or onion and put into a cheese cloth and apply the cloth on the areas affected. This may help rupture the boil quicker.
- Castor bark is profitable in getting rid of boils quickly. Grind up some castor bark into powder and put in enough water to form a paste. Administer this paste to the boils once a day.
- Mix ground cumin seeds in water to create a paste then apply the paste to the affected area for good results.
- One teaspoon of milk cream mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar and a pinch of turmeric powder to form a paste. When applied, it helps to bring the boil to a head and heals it without becoming malignant.
Be sure to exercise all cares when following instructions on the recipes from this article. Avoid using if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients.

Natural ADHD / ADD Therapy | ArticlesBase.com

Many people have turned their hopes to a promising form of new ADHD / ADD therapy from gene research which is currently underway.Dopamine transporter gene (DAT) is one of potentially 150 genes which might have an influence on ADHD behaviour especially, concerning the symptoms of impulsive behaviour that are part of the checklist of symptoms which are currently thought to effect up to 12 -20% of children around the world according to recent statistics.
However, we also know from genetic research that things are not as simple as inheriting something from a family member, like blue eyes or brown eyes for example. Certain genes have a dormant potential. This means that like a light switch being turned on there is a trigger for that gene to create the condition.
As ADHD /ADD is unique for everyone that has it, although there are common symptoms which define it. So too are there common environmental triggers that can make the ADHD behaviours worse.
Diet, for example is a well researched contributory factor to the ADHD condition and other behavioural problems. It has been well known for some time that tartrazine yellow, a colouring in many sweets and foods triggered this kind of out of control behaviour on the ADHD checklist. So too does sodium benzoate a preservative. The point being, that here are individual behavioural characteristics within the ADHD spectrum and there are unique external triggers that effect the individual as well. So the greatest success is seen in systems which support those individuals and give them ways to evaluate how effective it is for them.
So what is the alternative to gene therapy? Is there one?
Well, going back 100 years ago a pioneer in a system called radionics said that his system worked because everything in the universe is connected. Of course he was ridiculed and the FDA in America even banned his work which was continued in the UK.
Of course today science knows more and the field of quantum theory becomes quantum fact by the day. Everything is connected and this validates the earlier work of Dr Albert Abrams. Our genes are made up of amino acids forming patterns called DNA and it is through the genes in DNA that hereditary information is passed from generation to generation. Sometimes these combination patterns break down and corrupted data, to use a computer analogy, gets past on. When this happens the original codes need to be reinstalled.
These are available in a safe and simple format imprinted on sugar balls from radionic practitioners and good homeopaths today.
Every problem has a solution…. that is natural!
One of the biggest challenges of our time is finding effective support through an ADHD /ADD therapy to help our children.
Stop Anxiety From Taking Over Your Life
Posted by anxiouswill in Prescription Anxiety Drugs on September 01st, 2010
Anxiety is just one of those things that everyone tends to experience at some point or another in life. Some people have to deal with it more than others. You would think that the more someone has to deal with it, the better they would be at overcoming anxiety. This is not always the case. Most of the time, anxiety causes a person’s life to spin out of control. Some individuals lose their jobs, begin to become antisocial, and also become depressed once they become overwhelmed with anxiety.
Overcoming anxiety is the only way to get on with your life if it has become a problem. Some anxiety is normal. It is when it becomes excessive that it starts to become a problem. Luckily, there is an anxiety cure. However, there is no one certain anxiety cure. There are a variety of different things you can do to help you get over your anxiety and on with your life.
One of the things that will help you to ease your symptoms is to get some rest. All too often, people become anxious and depressed because they are not taking care of themselves properly. It is best to get at least eight hours of restful sleep every single night. If you must, set a time to go to bed and get up in the morning. Exercise is another way to get your body back into a normal rhythm. Exercising can also help those who seem to never be able to rest actually go to sleep. Working out on a daily basis helps the brain to produce chemicals that naturally help ease feelings of anxiety as well as provide a mental lift.
Another thing you can do when it comes to overcoming anxiety is to avoid most sources of caffeine. If you are a heavy coffee drinker, try switching to decaffeinated coffee instead. Stay away from diet pills that contain stimulants. You will also need to quit smoking if you are a smoker since cigarettes are considered to be a stimulant. Another good way to get rid of anxiety is to watch your diet. Eating too many greasy foods can lead to weight gain, which is another source of stress on your body. Anything that leads to more stress is just going to heighten your feelings of anxiety.
Overcoming anxiety can also be achieved by providing yourself with a little bit of daily relaxation time. Allow yourself at least 30 minutes everyday of quite time. Some people like to refer to it as “me time”. Everyone needs this so they can keep going. Just like sleep, we all need a little bit of daily relaxation.
When you life a healthy life and take care of yourself, everything else will fall right into place. Eating the right amount of the right kinds of food, getting enough rest, exercising daily, and allowing yourself some daily relaxation time will greatly decrease the amount of anxiety you experience far more than you may think. It is important to know that there will always be some form of stress at hand, that is just life in general. But by overcoming anxiety associated with it, you will be able to live a much fuller and happier life.
Panic Attacks - Anxiety Disorder Will Ruin Your Life If You Let It
Posted by anxiouswill in Prescription Anxiety Drugs on September 01st, 2010
Do you ever have panic attacks? Anxiety disorder is horrible thing to live with. When you are faced with anxiety you naturally feel like you need to stay away from everything and everyone. It can make you feel like you do not want to leave your home. Everyday tasks like going to work or shopping at the local supermarket can be quite frightening. It is important that you understand that this is only the anxiety talking and that these things can cause you no harm.
Often education is the first step to recovery. I remember when I first started dealing with anxiety. I had no idea what was going on with me. Out of no where I started freaking out. After about a month of dealing with this on a daily basis, I finally broke down and went to a doctor. After the doctor ran a series of test on me she came back and told me what was going on. Just hearing from her mouth that I was not dying made the all the difference in the world. It was like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. This information alone reduced the frequency of my panic attacks considerable. The point that I am getting at is this, you will never get help if you do not look for it.
You do not have to live your life in constant fear of panic attacks. Anxiety disorder that is left untreated can be life-crippling. If you suffer from panic and anxiety, make sure you do something about before it gets out of hand.

Cure For Panic Attacks | Finding The Cause | Putting The Pieces Together
The Cause
Although it may seem like panic attacks develop in reaction to things like a big social event, a trip to the dentist, or a plane ride, this is not the real case. In reality, the root cause is a glitch in our nervous systems and brain.
“People mistake the trigger, like going to a big party, for the cause of panic attack, but many people go to parties and don’t experience panic attacks, the problem lies within a person’s nervous system.”
This is very useful information to us, because once we know the cause we can find therapies that are workable and effective.
Putting Ourselves Back Together
In order to make a recovery and not have to worry about anxiety disorder or panic attack in the future we have to deal with our imbalanced nervous system with age old natural solutions.
The Cure For Panic Attacks | A Natural Anxiety Therapy Plan That’s Safe, Fast, & Powerful
Looking At Diet
- We need to drink more water, anxiety and dehydration are cousins. Half our body weight in ounces is the correct amount.
- Protein needs to take a large role because it is the only building block of calming neurotransmitters. 0.5 to 1 gram per pound of body weight is ideal.
- Eat more fruits and green vegetables, the key is the cooling alkaline mineral content.
- Stop: drinking coffee and eating refined sugar and white flour products.
Nerve Rebalancing
- Exercise. Physical exercise burns nervous energy like nothing else will. Even walking is acceptable.
- Learn about and practice self massage, hot/cold showers, and deep abdominal breathing.
- Get into a sleep cycle, take valerian and chamomile to gain deep sleep. Stretch with yoga.
